Explore Local Food on the Chester County Farmers Market Trail

Chester County has deep agricultural roots and a thriving agricultural industry, providing residents and visitors with great access to fresh, local food. A great place to connect with farmers, support the local economy, and buy fresh and local food is at your local farmer's market. AgConnect is celebrating local food, farms, and community with a fun new adventure — the Chester County Farmers Market Trail! This family-friendly initiative invites residents and visitors alike to explore ten unique farmers markets throughout Chester County and collect a stamp at each location along the trail to receive a FREE bag full of local treats. The trail continues through the end of 2025.
Participants can begin their journey by downloading the official trail map, or picking up a paper copy at any of the participating ten markets:
- Artisan Exchange (West Chester)
- Berwyn Farmers Market
- Downingtown Farmers Market
- Eagleview Farmers Market
- KSQ Market (Kennett Square)
- Malvern Farmers Market
- New Garden Growers Market
- Oxford Village Market
- Phoenixville Farmers Market
- West Chester Growers Market
At each market, participants should look for the Farmers Market Trail yard sign to receive their official stamp. Once all ten stamps are collected, participants can either:
- Upload a photo of their completed map, OR
- Submit the physical map at their final market location's info table.
All completed maps submitted by December 31, 2025, will receive a complimentary "Ag Swag" Prize Bag as a thank-you for supporting local agriculture and community markets. Whether you're craving fresh veggies, local honey, wine, or homemade goods — this trail is your ticket to farm-fresh goodness all year long!
